Following my second trip to Japan this year, I will be traveling to Canada to do a performance at Toronto’s Loki Lounge. This will be my first trip to our northern neighbor and I am looking forward to it. No one likes missing summer in the Hamptons but duty calls. I miss everyone in New York and I hope to see you all Labor Day weekend.

Max gives me mixes on a thumb drive once or twice a month which hold me over during the endless hours I spend staring into a computer screen. A few months ago a song by Ladyhawke called “Paris is Burning” was one on thumbdrive mix. I liked it a lot, I don’t know why but I did. She just came out with the video today, its low budget and weird but cool.
I am proud to present DJ Vibe’s new website - djvibeinc.com. Vibe and I have been collaborating on projects for years, I love working with him and the results have always been amazing. From the DJ Vibe & Max Barbaria artwork, CDs, t-shirts, even his logo, to the latest version of his website.

The site features a fun, interactive design where you can move Vibe around his studio, listen to many exclusive songs he and Max worked on, and purchase their entire catalog of work. Very impressive. I have been spending a lot of time on the site listening to the songs. We are adding a music section on the LOLA site (here) very soon. I am really excited for this, until then definitely check out Vibe’s site to listen to Max & Vibes’ tracks. Shout out to Naz!
