Thank you to everyone that came last night to the show. It was a smashing success and we raised some nice money for the Make It Right Foundation. In all the madness of the last 48hrs I lost my trusty Canon G9 (RIP), but here are some great photographs from the event. Enjoy!

last night was the much-attended Fingerpaint benefit, of which i had the honor of being hostess.  it was crazy hot temperature-wise and crowd-wise.  i always love the chance to see my LOLA folk, and this was for a great cause!

This past weekend Emmett’s photo of music wizard Max Barbaria was featured in the Sunday edition of the New York Post. Since it was Memorial Day weekend & we were all in Southampton - I drove to the local 711 @ 2am on Sunday morning to cop a bunch of copies and bring them to my sleeping brother. The picture’s sick & Emmett is the future

After an amazing weekend in the Hamptons, I have become aware of a new scam being pulled by local merchants. While many of us have always known of the summer price inflation of lattes, lunches, and brunches, the locals have found a new way to attack the pockets of its residents. This is in the form of the private car tow. Having never been towed in New York City, I was a bit alarmed to find my car missing from a parking lot early Sunday morning. I quickly called the Southampton Town Police who sadly informed me that they had not towed any cars that morning. After searching the lot for any clues, I found a small sign in the corner of a lot the ambiguously labeling the lot as a no parking zone during these early morning hours and a number to a Hampton Bays towing company. I talked the company (for a price) into towing my car back to me. Here are some of the photos….enjoy!
