New article on Lola Sports Talk, putting the Knicks current situation into perspective and offering some friends advice for Knicks fans.

People who know me are well aware of the fact I'm not a Knicks fan. I sat through the Dave Checketts era, the Scott Layden era, and made it through most of the Isiah era until I cracked.

What actually cracked me wasn't even basketball related, it was when the owners of the Knicks secretly put forth ads conjuring up firefighters carrying dead babies from ground zero, and little black kids doing poorly in school, in a successful effort to submarine the Jet's Manhattan stadium. I figured if their owner (James Dolan) was so evil that he transcended different sports, it was time to go.

I'm bringing this up because if you are in fact a Knicks fan, you have yet another major gripe, and I'm hoping to help give you a little push off the edge.
